With IJET's networking potential in mind, participants will have the opportunity to observe, discuss, and, if they wish, practice translation sales scenarios, e.g., chatting with a prospective client at a conference, making a follow-up phone call, and promoting services at an arranged meeting.
This event provides a relaxing environment for participants to network over a set menu and nomihodai. JAT's president, Brian Hyman, will attend.
Karaoke is gaining popularity in the JAT community. Feel free to come along even if singing isn't your thing. You will no doubt be entertained. Please let us know if you plan to attend, so that we can reserve a room of an appropriate size. The cost will depend on how long people stay and how much they eat and drink.
