The JAT Bulletin has been compiled by the JAT
Publications Committee. The articles contained here have
been reviewed and edited by the committee members; Emily
Shibata-Sato (Chair,) Kathy Taji, Judy Wakabayashi, Roger
Machin and Hidenori Kashihara. Some minor
editorial changes have been made to the articles in the
JAT Bulletin, but otherwise they are as they were
received from the authors. For opinions and
comments, article submission and further information,
