The articles contained here have been reviewed and edited by the committee members; Emily Shibata-Sato (Chair,) Kathy Taji, Judy Wakabayashi, Roger Machin and Hidenori Kashihara. Some minor editorial changes have been made to the articles in the JAT Bulletin, but otherwise they are as they were received from the authors.
